Long time no talk everyone. I haven't been around for quite some time in large part because of how much time The Uniques takes when it's coming down to the wire...among other things.

But I'm not here to talk to all of you guys about my busy schedule - oh no - I am here yet again to ask (and beg if need be) the good DA community for a few more upstanding individuals for our Fightin' Flatsmen team that works on each Uniques issue.

Most of the people I've been working with have moved, gone off to college, or changed jobs and don't have as much time as they used to. So it's tough to say the least.

What are flats you may ask? Well, it's the layer of flat colors which a colorist uses to select from as they add tonality and effects. Without a good flatter on a comic it would be impossible for the colorist to do their job. And that's why I need you!

So, if you are one of those brave soles who wouldn't mind taking a few pages every two months - or you know someone who would - PLEASE, tell them to contact me and I'll go through the flatting process with you - as well as be forever in your debt.

As of now we still cannot pay - we're very sorry for this, but the book is still being put out by just us, although that may change soon...hopefully.
