Me and just got back yesterday from the Heroes con and it was quite nice! We'll be back again next year - but man are we tired. You can read all about it on our blog post [link] We sold over 100 issues of the Uniques at the con and got a ton of positive feedback, it was awesome.

Anyhow, we're off to Wizard Chicago tomorrow morning and will be at booth 3808 B. So come on over and make sure to say hi!

Hello again everyone,

As of late me and have been extremely busy working on the third issue of The Uniques. Trying to get an issue done in less then six weeks (that's faster then the majority of professionals) is very strenuous especially when you do everything, writing, drawing, color, and some lettering too. *phew*

So, it's been really hard to get any spare time at all. Thus, it's come to the point were I have 611 deviations starring me in the face. I am looking at them when I get a chance, but I just don't have the time to comment or do much of anything else.

I will be back again to speak with all of you about your amazing artwork - but just bear with me and know that I am still watching - just silently.

As you all know, we just released our comic, the Uniques about a month ago now.



And I’m happy to report that we’re rocking along on the second issue should have it out in about the next 3 weeks or so. Hurray!

But what I’m writing for is this. As of now, for a book that not many people have heard of with creators that almost no one has heard of we’re not doing too shabby. But to continue paying rent and eating from month to month (we are currently working off our savings) – not to mention being able to start paying all the good people who’ve been helping us for free along the way like our fightin’ flatsmen



we’ve got to get the numbers into the THOUSANDS sold. Because, seriously, it’s only 99 cents! [link]

Now, I know that this is my own comic I’m talking about – but I have to say, it’s pretty stinkin’ good. If you’re reading this you already like us enough to watch us so you know it’s got hot art. And guess what? The story’s good too.

Just recently Rich Bernatovech did a blog on The Uniques that sums it up pretty nicely [link] .

As a matter of fact there are several satisfied readers here on DA who’ve really dug the book, like…
